Stuck on install or sign-in?

Most app questions are about installs, sign-in and slow streams, so those are the paths we staff first. Live chat inside the app is the quickest route, open around the clock with English-speaking agents. How we keep the app safe to install

Every build we publish is signed with the same key, so your handset can tell a genuine update from a modified file. We do not push the app through third-party stores, and...

Signed builds

Each Android package carries our signing certificate and every iOS build uses the same developer profile. If the signature does not match, your handset warns you before installing, which is exactly the behaviour we want.

No side stores

We publish the app from this site and the recognised app marketplaces only, never from link farms or messaging forwards. If someone sends you a file claiming to be our app, check the source before you tap install.

Permission list

The app asks for storage to cache lobby images, notifications for the alerts you choose and biometrics if you enable fingerprint unlock. It does not read your contacts, messages or call logs.

Account recovery

Lose the phone and you can still reach your account from the website with your usual login and verification steps. Once you are in, end the old app session so nobody else can use it.

Update cadence

We ship app updates when a game or funding route inside the lobby changes, so the phone version stays level with the site. Updates install over the existing build and keep your login, favourites and betslip intact.

Data handling

Your account details sit behind the same verification we run on the site, including identity checks where required in supported regions. We do not sell app usage data to advertisers outside the platform.

Sign-in speed

The installed app remembers your login shortcut and offers fingerprint or face unlock, so you are inside in a second or two. In a browser you type your password each time unless you let the browser save it.

Alerts

Push alerts arrive on the handset even when the lobby is closed, covering live tables you follow and sportsbook markets you saved. A browser tab has to be open and in front of you to tell you anything.

Weak signal

The app caches your lobby tiles and balance so the screen still shows something useful while data reconnects. On a browser, a dropped connection usually means a blank page and a refresh.

Live streaming

Live dealer tables stream at a lower resolution automatically on the app when your signal weakens, which keeps the round moving. Browser streams stall more often on the same 3G connection.

Storage cost

The app takes roughly 120 MB on your phone including cached images, and you can clear that cache any time from settings. A browser costs nothing to store but reloads the lobby from scratch.

Switching devices

Your betslip, favourites and balance follow the account, not the device, so moving between the app and the website keeps everything. The app simply adds a shortcut on the handset you carry.

Android 8.0 and above is what we support, which covers most handsets used in Pakistan. Older devices can still open our site in a browser, though live dealer streams may struggle on very low memory.
